Art Center ARKA

Art Center Arka has existed since 2014, is engaged in a broad creative activity, it was established on the basis of the gallery Arka, which is located in the National Museum of Medicine of Ukraine .

Exclusively exhibit orientation center is not justified expectations of a large number of creative people, and it was decided to launch a series of projects, literature, music and the plastic arts. Among these recitals of poets, musicians, theater and dance per- formance.

One location soon became inadequate and it was decided to organize two additional locations in the famous Kiev theaters - Kiev Academic Theatre Arts "Suzirya" and Kiev Academic Youth Theatre .

In theaters organized new projects - an exhibition of masks, dance evenings, as well as on the basis of "Suzirya" launched the project screenings of world theater.

Currently Arka gallery organizes solo and group exhibitions of painting, batik, drawing, sculpture, decorative and applied art project «Arka-Mask», film screenings, organization recitals, performing poetry and music competitions.

The new project will start in early April 2015 - the opening of an art studio, which will be conducted master classes, seminars and lectures on various types of art.
