The festival Flash Christmas star 2016, Lviv, L'viv
Festival «Flash of the Christmas star in 2016" - a traditional theatrical march, the basic idea of which is to revive the tradition of hand-made festive big stars. He is one of the most beautiful traditions of the city. The holiday begins with a museum of folk architecture where guests directly into the atmosphere of ancient Ukrainian village, where the old hut full of family comfort, where a circle of close call hear a Christmas carol in the twinkling stars.
Venue: the beginning of the festival - the Museum of Folk Architecture and Life "Shevchenko Hai", the celebration continues at the Market Square and festive procession moved to the Avenue of Freedom.
Date: festival will take place from 7 to 8 January.
The festival program
During the festival revive the old tradition of caroling from house to house. All who take part in the action, get into the atmosphere of family warmth, a Christmas miracle where ringing is heard caroling in the glare of twinkling lights, where the fair takes place, where traditional dishes are served generously: kutia honey, donuts, fragrant and uzvar Lviv sweets.
The festival program will take place "in the family", which provides:
- Ukrainian Christmas festive procession of stars;
- Caroling creative teams;
- performances dens;
- Winter Games;
- competitions, fun and traditional Ukrainian folk dances;
- rink and slide for riding the sled;
- delicious donuts and warm tea.
The next day, January 8, in the center of the city is traditionally held "Christmas procession of wizards stars". The procession will start from the Market Square and will end Fairground on Liberty Avenue. On stage next to the Opera House will operate holiday program:
- Christmas carols various folk groups;
- performances of singers;
- Presentation stars from their masters and rewarding.
