Church of St. Nicholas is located in the village Hlynyany that in Lviv region.

The history of the church

Masonry built this sanctuary in 1894. It is known that the painting in the church did the famous painter of Severin Borachek in 1932-1934 years. His painting style is easily recognizable as the author of the classic iconography easily combined with modern elements.

For the decoration of the church Severin Borachek chose not established Bible stories and decorated them with flowers. Artist paint prepared with natural ingredients - eggs and milk.
