Memorial to Victims of Political Repressions and Famine

Not many of us can say that we were witnesses of a crime against the Ukrainian people in 1932-1933. And those who survived the famine, never forget about it.

In Dnepropetrovsk, in memory of the many victims of the genocide against the Ukrainian people, erected a monument, which is the image of a mother holding her little hands on, a dead child. Lips of a woman clenched and eyes closed and it seems that she did not have enough tears, and words to express his pain.

Monument to victims of political repression and famine, located in Dnepropetrovsk, serves as a reminder of the times when a person`s life for the country`s leaders was worth nothing.
