Zolochevsky arsenal (Boyarsky Dvor)
Zolochevsky arsenal, also known as Boyarsky Dvor, was erected in the 15th century.
It is located in the heart of the city, near the city hall and the monument to Vyacheslav Chornovil . Arsenal is the oldest monument of architecture not only Zolocheva, but also in Western Ukraine.
Schechonov yard belonging to the genus, which were also the owners of the city. Originally the building was used as the city arsenal. In 1630 the construction of the parish church passed, and his congregation was founded in this building a shelter for the poor and needy. That`s why Zolochevsky arsenal got another name - House squalid.
Until 2003, the building was in poor condition, but Zolochevsky District Council decided to refer the former arsenal Lviv Archeparchy of the Ukrainian Greek Catholic Church. Now there being a complete reconstruction. Plans to open a spiritual cultural and educational center.
