Baryshevskii historical museum
The main museum village Baryshevka located near the center of the city, in a historic building. Previously served as a museum room behalf of the local master Gladyshema, built was in the early 20th century. During the revolution, the owners left the house. From 1920 to 1923 he lived in the mansion, created and hosted poet Nicholas Zerov. It was visited by such prominent figures of Ukrainian culture as Maxim Rylsky, Yuri Maple and many others.
The museum was opened in 1977. The exposition of the museum consists of works of folk artists of the town, the jewel of the collection - the product of the vine, a collection of badges and icons exhibition of paintings by a resident of the city of Olga Usenko. The museum`s exhibits are divided into several exhibitions on the theme of the Great Patriotic War, archaeological exhibition, exhibitions devoted Baryshevka - art in Baryshevka, famous people of the city.
