In the 19th century the village belonged to the family Troschinsky Sloboda. In 1852, Major-General Andrew Troschinsky erected in the village stone church of the Assumption of St. Anne, which still exists and is a monument of national importance.

The church was built in the late Classical style. Its feature is the absence of external decor. Phillips on its plan, the church is topped with a hemispherical dome. On the western, northern and southern facades - large semi-circular windows. The temple facades completed triangular pediments. The interior remains of thematic paintings of the 19th century. Church of the Assumption of St. Anne is a terrific example of classical architecture, which is worth seeing.
