Monument (second) N. Makhno, Gulyaypole

Monument to the famous revolutionary and leader of the movement anarchist Nestor Makhno established in his native village Gulyaypole in 2009. The grand opening took place at the festival   "Independence Day with Makhno - 2009".   The organizer of the action, and an active participant in the creation of the monument made by Yuriy Lutsenko, as well as members of society "last barricade."

The concrete sculpture of Nestor Makhno adorns the central part of Gulyaypole.   The commander of the rebel army in a tunic and fur cap sat on the bench with a sword in his hands, and his eyes hard to think about the fate and future of their own people. A copy of this monument, made of gypsum in 2008 was installed in front of the home of his brother in Gulyaypole Makhno, which has been preserved to this day.

Overall Gulyaypole filled with monuments and places that are reminiscent of the heavy events of the revolution, the struggle of the rebel army for its own independence. Deserves special attention   History Museum , which is located nearby.
