Festival "winemaker Family 2015", Yasnohorodka
Festival "winemaker Family 2015" held on Yasnohorodskiy ostrich farm from 16 to 20 September.
The ecological complex "Valley of ostriches" awaits all interested producing and making wine.
Yasnohorodska ostrich farm within two days of the festival simply turns the music, fun, dancing and delicious wine.
The program of the festival:
- involved in the spin grapes;
- the opportunity to taste the wines of previous years and a snack for them (ostrich sausages, ostrich basturmu and cheese);
- participate in ostrich races.
I wonder: to produce a 20 quart wine needs about 40 kg of grapes.
Eco-complex offers services to provide the conditions for maturing and storing your wine and its bottling on the farm.
