Kvitneve till 1962 has name Dubovets. The former name - Voytashivka.
History of the Kvitneve
During 1648 - 1660 rr. Voytashivka part of the Belotserkovsky regiment Ukrainian state Zaporizhzhya Army.
The "Register of Cossack Army in 1649" inscribed 39 people Cossack state, living in Voytashivtsi. It was then sotnia town.
Voytashivskym was then captain John Yaschenko.
November 13, 1921 during the November raid came to Voytashivky group Volyn Ukrainian People`s Army.
However, due to significant losses at Voytashivky group turned and began to retreat to Poland.
