Reformed Church, Vyshkovo

Reformed Church is located in the village of Vyshkovo Transcarpathian region. The church belongs to the unique monuments of Gothic architecture. The first memories of it date back to 1270 year. It Reformed Church became one of the first temples of stone around the Transcarpathian region. The temple was built in 13-14 centuries.
The church building is composed of five walls of the nave and apse. Portal construction support multiple massive columns and decoration of the pediment is a miniature turret. The buildings are located around the defensive wall of stone, and in the courtyard stands a wooden belfry.
Externally, the church resembles a defense temple. It has a strong buttresses, high gable roof, fairly narrow window. All these elements show belonging to the Gothic style.
During one of the restorations, under a thick layer of plaster in the church have been found valuable frescoes, the most famous of which is "The Kiss of Judas" and "The Last Supper".
