Church of the Holy Mother of God. Scapular

Church of Our Lady of Holy Scapular is located in Barshchou .   The temple was originally a Roman Catholic. The church was erected in 1763 on the site of an earlier wooden built, which was burned by the Tatars, who came to this land. Once there was a defensive tower, that it became the basis for a new three-tiered bell tower for the church, which was rebuilt in the 17th century. For many years the temple remained intact, but in the years 1928-1930 he needed a major overhaul, which was produced. Under Soviet rule the church of Our Lady was closed and it was used as a warehouse.

Nowadays, the church reopened, he was handed over the Greek Catholic community, which spends its services.
