Church of the Transfiguration, Talova Beam
Village Kirovograd region rich in attractions, one of which - Church of the Transfiguration. The first brick in the foundation of the temple was laid in 1803, and three years later the church was consecrated. The village, where the church is called Talova beam.
The money allocated for the construction of the temple of a local landowner, Army Major General Prince Bagration FA Borovsky. His remains were buried in the walls of the church. During the Great Patriotic War Transfiguration Church has been hit hard. It did not recover. Later, with the temple removed everything they could carry, including the dome, door and window frames. Only here and there can be seen the remains of wall paintings in the interior of the church.
The once grand, but now completely "empty" church is open to all winds.
