Trinity Church History

Holy Trinity Church was built in the first half of the 19th century. It is located in the village Belovodsk Lugansk region.

In the early 17th century in its place was located a wooden church, which burned in the fire. Sorry this fact parishioners decided on their own to raise funds to build a new stone church.

In 1848 the church was ready. In its construction participated Belovodsk whole parish. Trinity Church was designed by the famous architect of the Imperial military stud farms V. Bukin. The temple was built in the Byzantine style with five domes and three thrones. To the church well viewed from all sides, in front of her rifle in the desert paved and built a new road bridge over the river Derkul.
