Church of St Augustine, Perechyn

Roman Catholic Church of St. Augustine is located in Perechin that in Transcarpathia. This temple was built relatively recently in 1906. Founder in its construction was made by local lesohimzavod, since this plant the specialists from other countries, who were Roman Catholics. Some Italian Francesco G. allocated under the church part of their land, as well as a lot of money for its construction.   The temple was named in honor of St. Augustine, in this day and sanctified it.

The church is in the eclectic style, has a bell tower with two bells. This temple is relatively small, but fairly high, its height is 34 meters, it is as though seeking to far into the sky. In this temple also held worship missionaries from Slovakia in 1993.
