Church of St. Nicholas Chornoliztsi
Hutsul wooden churches - it is a great cultural and spiritual heritage of the people. The wooden church architecture is a special honor. There are three styles of Carpathian wooden religious buildings: Lemko, boykovsky and Hutsul - in accordance with the names of regional groups of Ukrainians.
The wooden church of St. Nicholas in the old village of Chernoloztsy , first mentioned in chronicles in 1390 documents, built in 1910 in the best traditions of Hutsul architecture school. In honor of the centenary of the temple there was placed a memorial cross.
The doors of the church of St. Nicholas open to worshipers and tourists. The temple belongs to the UOC-KP and is an architectural monument of local importance.
