Peter and Paul Church, Irshava
Peter and Paul Church in Irshava in Transcarpathia was built in 1825 on the site where once stood a wooden church. Initially, it was Greek Catholic Church, but later it was taken over by the Orthodox veryanam. Now worship here again go Catholics. In 1939, the church was decorated with bells weighing 900 pounds.
In recent years, the church twice significantly repaired. In 1969, the artist painted a new Selivanov murals, next time the church repaired in 1997. Temple of Supreme Apostles Peter and Paul is situated in the city center within walking distance from the railway station.
