Marco Museum Vovchok, Bohuslav
In the heart of Bohuslav posted Estate Museum, which is unparalleled in the country. The museum is dedicated to the famous Ukrainian poet, prose writer and translator Mary Vilinska, create under the pseudonym Mark Vovchok. It opened August 10, 1985 and is a branch of Museum of History Boguslavschiny .
In a rented room specific department Vovchok Marco and his family lived in the years 1885-1886, and then moved to selishte Hohitva in the Earl Branickis. In these places, the writer lived for almost 8 years. Memories of time spent in these parts, was inspired by one of her short stories "Tricky Haimka."
The museum has reproduced the atmosphere of the time when Marco Vovchok lived here. All seemed imbued with its spirit. The museum also personal items, embroidered work, letters, sketches and notes poet. The museum occupies five rooms of the house. Here show more than 500 different exhibits.
