Monument to Ukrainian emblem unique in its kind. Designed by sculptor V. Kozyrenko in 2006. Memorial plaque on the granite says "Here, February 12, 1918 Small Board (Presidium of the Central Council of Ukraine) in Korosten approved a trident emblem Ukrainian People`s Republic, the basis of modern emblem of Ukraine." In the modern emblem of Ukraine can be seen the stylized word "will", and a bird that rushes headlong down. One theory says that Trident is not accidental and depicting a falcon that was on the boards of war under the leadership of Rurik.
