Manor Ignatieff
The famous politician Count Nikolai Ignatiev owned village Krupoderintsy in the 19th century. One of the merits of lieutenant-general was the signing of the San Stefano peace treaty signed with Turkey in 1878. The signing of the agreement marked the end of Russian-Turkish war, and Bulgaria gained its independence and integrity as a nation. With this Ignatiev was recognized as a national hero of Bulgaria.
Departing on a well-deserved retirement, Earl moved to Krupoderintsy, where he lived until his death. Together with his wife he managed to establish a rural life. In general the selected site in the late 19th century, was built a stone building with two floors, decorated with carved portico and some other elements of wood.
By accomplishing the October Revolution in the estate Ignatieff lived local commune later gave her orphanage.
Today on the estate runs a comprehensive school. Since 2001, the palace is a museum of Nicholas Ignatiev, about the life and merits of the famous politician.

In 1895, the architect AN Pomerantsev was built the church-mausoleum of Count Ignatiev, which is a copy of the Alexander Nevsky Cathedral in Bulgaria. Here and found peace of soul diplomat and his wife. The church is open to visitors.
