Church of St. Nicholas, Strymba

At the center of the village Strimba opposite the infirmary adorns the wooden church of St. Nicholas. Made almost entirely of tin, attracting curious glances of passers-by. The history of the Church of St. Nicholas

There is a version that the temple was built in 1840, and there are suggestions of 1908-1910 and even 1924. But most of all, that the first evidence of the date of construction of the wooden church, and the latter tells us, after the restoration of buildings destroyed during the First World War .

Church keeps holy iconostasis. The first iconostasis executed Vasily Turchinyak the period from 1910 to 1934, but after his updated, and now the church is a modern iconostasis. The temple itself in the use of the society of the UGCC (Ukrainian Greek-Catholic Church).
