Alexander Nevsky Church, Domanevka

Domanevka itself was founded in the early 19th century and the stone church of St. Alexander Nevsky was built in the village landowner Konstantin Shishkin in 1906. When the church acted a parish school, the parish consisted of surrounding villages.

But, like many churches, during the celebration of atheism promoted by the Bolsheviks, the church was destroyed in Domanevka.

The new church was built thanks to the priest, Father Victor, he was the parish without a church, but he was able to organize the people he worked on the construction.
