Championship of Ukraine of historical fencing - Fortress Akkerman, Bilhorod-Dnistrovs'kyi
In Belgorod-Dniester will be held the championship of Ukraine historical fencing. The event will be held 11 and 12 July 2015.
The venue will be the medieval fortress "Ackerman" proudly stands on the banks of the Dniester from 13 century.
The first name of the event - "Steel league," included a series of tournaments. Today it is an independent championship that attracts not only athletes Ukraine, but also from other countries.
Guests tournament expect:
- single and mass fights;
- colorful medieval outfits and bright armor;
- thematic fairs;
- meadowy kopiynyy and galleries;
- award winners.
Beat the tournament will be the best knights Ukraine. Each of the guests can be photographed with a knight, archery, try your hand at spear throwing, buy a souvenir for memory. Bright emotions, presented the championship will remain in memory for a long time.
Feature historical fencing is complete after contact. The tournament used protective equipment and steel weapons, medieval similar, but not sharpened. Suits participants sewn in the image of historic garments that time.
Fights will start daily from 11:00.
Also in the "Ackerman" in the championship, there will be a series of tournaments "Sword Monkastro."
The cost of entrance to the castle for one day is 50 UAH. Students and schoolchildren 50% discount.
