International Festival "Otrokiv" is held 8 times in the village Otrokiv , which is located in Novoushitskiy district of Khmelnitsky region. The festival represents the various laser show, which create participants from Ukraine and other countries. This year`s festival will be held August 15, 2015. Subjects festival - day of memory of Ignacy Scibor-Marchocki who founded Myn`kivtsi state. All guests and visitors unforgettable feelings from laser show and light designer.
