The ability to immerse themselves in the spirit of previous centuries you bring festival "Civilization" in Kiev. The main organizers believe their mission transfer history, life and atmosphere of the past in the present. The event is planned in the "living history" to each visitor could touch the past and for some time to become a part of.
The aim of the festival "Civilization" is to promote the history and development of patriotic education of respect to soldiers past and present. The scale of the event is quite impressive - you can observe the work of more than 200 historical reenactors from Ukraine and abroad.
Dates: September 19th, 2015 from 10:00.
Location: Kyiv, tract binding (at the intersection of Prospect General Vatutin st. Honore de Balzac Troyeshchyna).

The festival program "Civilization" in Kiev
The festival will feature the following historical periods:
- Antiquity and the Middle Ages from 3. BC 13 Art. BC
- 17th century. - The army of Hetman Vyhovsky.
- 19th century. - Napoleonic war.
- The beginning of the 20th century. - Austrian army, RIA, Iron Division UNR army.
- The Second World War: UPA Soviet troops, army troops connection allies (US and UK), German and Italian armies.
The festival is planned:
- historical lectures from professors of world history;
- blacksmithing workshop;
- Pottery workshop;
- workshop weaving and manufacturing dolls;
- staging a boxing match from the camp early 20th c .;
- festivities from the camp of the 17th century .;
- retro salon tsyryulnya;
- thematic photo studio;
- horseback baydaku.
During the whole time at the festival will operate food court and lounge area.
Organizers stress the apolitical event.
