St. Michael`s Church, Little Starica

In the small village of Mala Starica since the 18th century built the Church of St. Michael. It is also called Chudomyhaylivskoyu.

History of church St. Michael

Feast day falls on November 21. The abbot of the temple - Izyaslav monk.

The church was restored in 1863. Today it is an architectural monument of local importance.

Architecture Church

The traditional dome church, cruciform in plan, with a bell tower built on a fairly massive and squat appearance near the disproportionately low first floor, height of the building. The interior is decorated with carved altar and murals.

Getting there

The temple is located in the village Small Starica Boryspil district of Kyiv region. Driving directions can be the nearest town Boryspil highway T1004. Go straight to the village of Great Starica. Here turn right, cross the village and move straight to the village of Mala Starica.
