Alfred Nobel Planet Memorial

Memorial symbol "Alfred Nobel Planet" was opened in 2008 in Dnepropetrovsk, near Dnipropetrovsk University of Economics and Law. This event was timed to coincide with the fortieth anniversary of the founding of the Bank of Sweden Prize in Economics in memory of Alfred Nobel.

The monument is represented as a symbolic globe in hand, decorated with bas-reliefs of Nobel laureates. His ovivaet plume stretching Watchers woman - the goddess of science, reason and intellect. No such character in mythology, but, according to the authors of the composition, it was she who ruled progress. This monument is the only great scientist in the world.
