Potocki Palace, Mykulyntsi
Estate in Mikulintsah - one of the few remaining in Ukraine samples of palace architecture of the Empire style. L. Potocki in the 1760s to build a palace and ordered to lay the park, because they do not want to live in an old castle, which by then was already in a state of neglect.
In 1815 the estate acquired Austrian Baron Konopka, who decided to create a privileged place in this resort using the facilities here, healing water. In the middle of the 19th century Baron thoroughly rebuilds Palace, giving it a more stern features of the Empire style. The building is located in the middle of the park, which descends to the river. On the left side are the ruins of an old castle. From the front facade sent maple alley, which is located in the middle of Krynica, surrounded by century-old trees.
Sanatorium, built by Baron, has not made a competition and closed in 1914. Today, the former palace of the Potocki is physiotherapy Regional Hospital.
