Church of the Nativity

The history of the church
Since 1797, the village operated wooden church of Nativity. In 1921, the Greek Catholic community decided to build a new stone church. Above the entrance to the church courtyard stands the belfry.
In the history of the church included the name of the priest J. Havatskoho. He not only dealt with the reconstruction of the church, but also contributed to the construction of the wall in the People`s House and reading "Enlightenment".
In the courtyard of the church installed a memorial cross to mark the 1000th anniversary of the Baptism of Rus Prince Vladimir.

The wall - the village is quite remote from the main roads area. The nearest railway station is in Buchach 24 kilometers. From there to the walls of the bus ride.
Nativity of the Virgin in the wall stands on a small hill in the center of the village. Over 17 kilometers south of the walls is Dniester Canyon .
