House Grachev
House Grachev - one of the major historical and cultural sights of Nikolayev . The building fell down at the end of the 19th century. Complete it in 1899. The owner of the house was Alexander Fedorovich Grachev, a prominent political figure, state councilor, vowel City Council. He lived here for long, even at the time of the revolution, Alexander Fedorovich was shot by the Bolsheviks.
According to other information that has been published in a book by Yuri Kryuchkov "Castle of St. Nicholas", this building was built in the late 19th century by the famous architect of St. Andrew as a private estate, and he lived there himself.
Today, in the former home Grachev is a public institution - Capital Construction Mykolaiv Regional State Administration. This two-storey building made of brick.
