Trinity Church, Hostroluchia

Trinity Church was built in 1784 on the site of a wooden, which existed 200 years. Fussed about its construction Colonel Cossack Registry. After Ostroluche has long been the domain of the Ukrainian Cossacks. Only in the early 18th century Peter I selected the village at the Cossack petty family that emigrated with Hetman Ivan Mazepa.
Worship services were held in the temple before the arrival of the Bolsheviks. Under Soviet rule the church was turned into a shop. Alas, the church did not manage to resume their work. Now find the picturesque ruins of worship, you can slightly away from the center of the village.

By the way, in the village there is one church, which is much more fortunate - St. Nicholas church with a bell tower. This operating shrine is an architectural monument of the early 19th century.
