Watermill, Buki
Watermill in the village of Buki - it is the oldest surviving water mills in the Kyiv region. It was built on the river Rostavitsa even in 1854 the local landowner S. Abramovich.
This gloomy three-story building with spiers, which is located on the right bank of the river, is one of the most original samples of industrial architecture of Ukraine. This brick and stone building is somewhat reminiscent of a medieval castle. The mill has long been closed, from its propeller was only a massive flywheel. However, the building itself and around hydraulic structures are still in good condition. Therefore, anyone can visit the town Beeches and look at the old water mill of the Kiev region.
