Church of the Intercession, Kozhanka

Built in 1758, Church of the Intercession in the leather jacket is one of the oldest buildings in Fastovsky area. Under the influence of time, the walls of an ancient temple bent in different directions, which is why the impression that the building subsided a bit. Located in the center of the temple on a small hill, near the scenic Kamenka River.

At the time, the leather jacket has glorified all over the country Hero of the Soviet Union - Ivan Nikolaenko, in whose honor is named a street and a school. Nearest architectural monument is located 15 kilometers from here - in the village Pilipovka where in the middle of the 19th century countess Branitskaya built St. Michael`s church.
