Manor Hiyevka, Lyubotin

Manor "Gievka" was founded in 1802 in the city of Lyubotin   Kharkiv region. The palace was more than 50 years. Acquired the land retired Major I. Poznan. First, the house was built, and later it was rebuilt in a palace in the romantic style. The estate was built of brick and plastered. It consists of two buildings connected by a covered gallery, which acted greenhouse, and after, and art gallery.

Palace with a pond and the church formed a single ensemble, which were located along all the buildings of the estate. Behind the palace has a beautiful park. The garden has retained much of the lodge and hunting lodge.

The last owner of the estate was Prince Svyatopolk-Mirsky, who acquired it in 1881. His grave can be seen in the palace today. After 1917, the estate was nationalized, it housed an orphanage, then boarding.

Now the building is in a dilapidated condition. Manor Park was abandoned, but here you can still see the lime avenue and oaks.
