Dmitry Heiden was a retired colonel and had a count`s family roots Hayden. He bought the village from the previous owner and settled there. Sight of the village is its manor house, which was completed in the second half of the 19th century. It is located on a high granite rock. Near two-storey big house was founded beautiful landscaped park, which occupies a large area. Its remains have survived to the present day. The house itself and all its outbuildings set in Neo-Gothic style. Dmitry Heyden also owned a brewery, which was built in 1900. The owner of the estate returned to military service during the First World War, and some time after its completion was in the ranks of the Volunteer Army. In 1920 he went to the Crimea to Serbia, where he lived until his death.

To this day the building of the manor house has been preserved. Only the gate with a guard tower and a wing on three floors, it has the shape and appearance of a small castle.
