Theatre On beetles

"Theatre on the beetles` began its work in December 2007. The first performance in the theater was a "Choice", based on a play G. Gorina "Forget Herostratus." It is one of the youngest theaters of the city with non-state ownership.

The theater`s repertoire includes both classical works and contemporary plays. In its work, the actors are based on national traditions, but they are absolutely open to other schools and gladly go to creative experiments.

The founders of the theater Dmitry and Olga are thorns. Dmitry Ternovoy - playwright, producer and actor of theater, Olga Ternovaya - artistic director and director.

From the first day of its activities all performances at the theater held a bang, and every new prime minister always discusses eminent critics. The creative team of the theater takes an active part in many festivals not only in Ukraine but also in the Czech Republic, Poland and Sweden.

"Theatre for beetles" has extensive experience in organizing and conducting various international projects. Among them a unique blitz performance "over the city" theater festival-workshop "Hartenberg", the program "Theatre window to Europe" and others. In the theater troupe of the same name operates literary association.

The auditorium of the theater is small, designed for 46 seats. During the presentation in the theater reigns chamber atmosphere. It helps to create a unique atmosphere of the natural action of the involvement of the viewer in the scene.

"Theatre on the beetles` enjoys a convenient location in the city with good transport interchange.
