Manor house Kurdyumova, Sloboda
One of the best examples of brick Gothic Revival Ukraine - Kurdyumov manor house in the suburbs. Built with the participation of Italian experts. Construction manager made Nasedkin. Today is a wonderful mansion closed, awaiting its time - the village council has plans to open a museum in it. The very building put on public record as an architectural monument of local importance.
The history of the manor house
Manor house belongs AP Kurdyumov, owner Nikolaev sugar factory. The house is unique in the degree of perfection of artistic creation Gothic style toward historicism early 20th century.
According to some sources indicate the year building up within 1903, the other - in the years 1910-1913.
In 1918 the estate was looted, carved garden and pond contaminated plant. In the building until 1969 was a bakery, the second part was put under house apartments.
In 1955, the internal layout changed, punched new entrances, doorways incorporated in the interior walls, put walls, resulting founded six apartments with separate entrance to each.
In the late 1980s the building was abandoned. In 1990, the building caught fire, which damaged the roof. Unique architectural monument rescued from the destruction of local farm director John ryabokon. This man has made many efforts and spent overhaul of the building, cutting off his new roof saving features and decor.
In the restored manor houses farm office. But a few years director of the farm was gone, and the organization collapsed. The office and slid since the estate is closed.
