Lecho Festival 2015, Borzhava
Transcarpathia is famous for its cuisine and this year will be another unique event that seeks to confirm that the Hutsul dishes best.
From 25 to 26 July 2015 in the village Borzhava will ethno-gastronomic festival "Cooking in Hungarian Lecho".
The idea of holding a festival there was no coincidence lecho considered one of the most popular Transcarpathian dishes. Practically there is no man who does not love this dish.
All the necessary ingredients ripen in time for the end of July. In this connection the chosen date of the festival lecho in Borzhava.
The program of the festival:
- The first day is dedicated to preparation of Hungarian dishes;
- the second day culinary competition held in the open.
Organizers believe that fans eat new festival will like and it will be annual.
