Kite festival, Kyiv, Kyiv
May 31, 2015 in the National Museum of Folk Architecture and Life of Ukraine located in the village of Pirogovo Kyiv region will be bright extravaganza called "Festival of kites."
Turt can take part all comers to show their skills in making kites.
All participants of the festival will be an interesting opportunity to test the strength of the wind and kite wings.
At the festival "kites" will be presented:
- flat snake;
- Volumetric snakes;
- mini snake
- piloting snake (acrobat);
- vipers train - the design of several interconnected kites arbitrary shape and size;
- Experimental snake.
The festival program will consist of kites competition, where the jury will assess the models kite. The evaluation will be selected the winner, which expects a prize.
The jury will evaluate the appearance of a snake, the complexity of its design, the presence of creative jewelry. All kites are launched into the sky, and the jury with a special device detects the angle of takeoff aircraft accessories, which also enters the evaluation model.
