Kherson Regional Museum invites you to a tea party!
Exhibition with an interesting name, "" extraordinarily tradition "will run until May 10, 2015! And only here you will answer all your questions: where did the tradition of drinking tea and coffee? What drinks on the territory of our region replaced them? Looked like the tea ceremony of the 19th century, and there served to visitors? Differed tradition of tea drinking burghers and nobles? How to drink tea with sugar "after"?
This and much more can be found by visiting our exhibition "The extraordinary tradition." Also on display is a collection of samovars from the museum, recreates the interior with furniture from the late 19th century.
For tea lovers and history offer a tour-tasting with a story about the traditions of English and Russian tea. You will learn the name of the oldest coffee house in London, who wrote the tea etiquette, what dance was in vogue in the early 20th century during the tea, what tea loves the Queen of England.
Also, you will be told what the "Tea in Russian," and how to drink tea samovar day where the hostess kept everything very tasty and when drinking tea "vpriglyadku."
