The Monument to St Apostles Matthew, Mark the Evangelist, John and Luke the Evangelist

In one of the most comfortable districts of Kiev you can see the monument to the four apostles. It is located near the metro station "Minsk" Obolon.

The monument consists of two sculptural groups set opposite each other and performed in a single composite solutions. It is worth emphasizing that Matthew, Luke, John and Mark are the authors of the four canonical Gospels, by which the doctrine of Christ spread throughout the world.

This composition is a gateway to the path leading to the temple. These objects, as well as the temple itself is a single architectural complex.
