The Monument to Danylo Halyts'kyi, a King of Galicia

Sculpture appeared in 2001 on the Galician Square and in honor of the 800th anniversary of the birth of the prince. The founder of Lviv, seated on a horse, made of bronze, and pedestal - from granite. The erection of the monument has requested considerable effort, because the bronze weighs 9 tons and granite base - 60 tons!
