Apple Tree Colony
Brave apple orchard-colony is situated on one of the town squares on the outskirts of the ancient city Krolevec. Colony for over two hundred years. Today it consists of 15 intricately curved trees and occupies a considerable area - 1,000 m².

She became famous not only unusual appearance and honorable age, but also the unique ability to continue life: turning over the old trunks literally travel along the ground to take root and give rise to a new sapling.
Local people believe in the healing properties of the tree-garden. And its appearance is associated with a legend: more than two centuries ago, the apple tree was planted in the garden of Prince Peter Meshcherskiy, and after his death, the tree was to tend to the land, longing for the owner.
Every spring on apple blossom pale pink buds, and in the autumn it is decorated with delicious apples krasnobokie.
