Assumption of The Virgin Church, Buchach

The current building of the Catholic church, stands the Castle Hill, built in the 18th century. It replaced the ancient cathedral, which during the Middle Ages did not ever again be attacked by the Mongols.

During the storming of the temple survived, but suffered significant damage. To save the Catholic shrine, undertook the construction of a new majestic cathedral.
