Monument to Zheglov and Sharapov
In 2009, in Kiev, established another original monument. Opening of the monument was timed to the 90th anniversary of the country`s Criminal Investigation Department. These are the heroes beloved by many of the film "The venue can not be changed" - Gleb Zheglov and Vladimir Sharapov.
Bronze sculpture of two men mounted near the capital`s Interior Ministry. The composition is called the film. Monument shows the real picture from the movie "The venue can not be changed." Bronze Gleb Zheglov stands in his famous raincoat and hat. Right behind him is his friend and faithful companion a young officer Vladimir Sharapov. More realistic sculpture gives an insightful expression of individual investigators.
On a small bronze pedestal, you can see another character of the film. This picture of a black cat. The same gang members left at the crime scene. The outlines of a cat is under the thumb of a powerful legs Zheglova. It symbolizes the victory over the merciless gang.
