Manor landlord Rostishevskogo
Manor landlord V. Rostishevskogo located in the village mowers (Kamensky district, Cherkassy region). The estate is one of the few surviving nobles estates after the revolution.
The estate was built in 1873 by a young landowner and was intended for his bride. Cash costs for the construction of the estate at the time amounted to 90 thousand rubles. Since she was a native of Germany, the construction and decoration of the estate is the German master. However, the young wife Rostishevskogo not accustomed to the dull village life, soon longed for the city. A year later, the estate had to sell the city Zemstvo. In 1912, the manor housed the hospital, and in 2001 the estate was home to a lonely elderly people.
Palace on two floors has a beautiful mirrored windows, and its walls are decorated with serrated ornament. In the palace everywhere granite steps, there are a few gentle terraces. Around the house grows gorgeous green garden. Flowers and exotic plants brought here from Kiev Botanical Gardens.
