In Mykolaiv there are many instances of amazing architecture of past centuries. An excellent representative of the Art Nouveau house is Utkin.

House Utkin - the brainchild masterpiece of modern building materials. More than a hundred years ago, there appeared this house. Union iron and concrete still surprises with its elegance of modern architects. A two-storey house consists of several buildings. All facades are decorated with patterned concrete. Here you can see the figures of the Atlanteans, image masks and others. All balconies are dotted with garlands. Ironically, all this does not burden the exterior of the building, it looks quite harmoniously.

Already it is not known who in previous years was the owner of the estate. Today the building is located Office of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Nikolaev region. Most of the administrative services are located in the historic city. For example, there is Nikolaev city council .
