Church of St. Michael, Maxim

Church of St. Michael (St. Michael`s Church) - a beautiful monument of Ukrainian architecture of the era of the mid-18   century. A small building in the village of Maxim perfectly preserved, despite the advanced age and frail wooden material. The whole structure   He survived without a single change, surpassing the age of two hundred years.

The temple is located on a small hill away from the village streets. Inside is a spacious building with a traditional   interior. For many years it did not carry out the necessary repairs, so the original painting has not survived. The church features a remarkable architecture, created from the wooden eaves and hexagonal baths. Presumably, the bell tower was added later than the main structure.
