Michael Church, Hlivysche

History of St. Michael`s Church
The wooden church in the village was built before World War II in 1912 (other sources in 1911). Farmers have covered it with tin, and the lower tier painted in blue, which greatly skewed the authentic look of the building.
Michael Church in Hlivyschi has the shape of a trefoil over the pews and the altar of towering decorative Hlavka. The dome of the church has a 6-Kutno classical form. Around the church preserved old graves with inscriptions in Romanian likely local clergy.
What to see in Hlivyschi
The village is also Holdneriv palace built at the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries. Now used as a premise for the school. It remains visible around the park.
How to get there
Hlivysche to the village from the regional center every day are sent only 2 buses. Preferred own transport to travel - you have to pay a road N 10 in the village Nepolokivtsi aside Kitsmane . Further, in the village Oshyhliby paid to Hlivysche. But draw your attention to the extremely poor quality of roads.
