Irshava Bridge
Irshavsky bridge - a bridge in the city center Irshava. He stands on the river Irshavka - right tributary of the river Borzhavka. The bridge was built in 1923-1924 years on the site of a wooden. At that time Transcarpathia was a part of the First Czechoslovak Republic and the bridge was built under the program of development of transport infrastructure of Transcarpathia.
The bridge refers to the architectural monuments cities and is one of the best in the Carpathian region in terms of architecture. It consists of only two towers connected by the river, and has a length of 50 meters. The bridge in the form of an arch, which has not only an aesthetic and decorative role, but also serves a practical function.
Until now Irshavsky bridge remained in the same original form, and in what has been created. Now on it is the vibrant rout into two bands, and there are walking paths. The bridge is really very beautiful, and bears no resemblance to modern.
